The Makkon Textile Conservation Studio was founded in 2015 by Anna Makulec, a well experienced textile conservator. Since then, we have worked on a wide range of projects, from the conservation of the walls upholstery from the Łańcut Castle to the textile remains from the grave of the Castle in Malbork.
The Makkon studio permanently collaborates with the Inter-Academy Institute of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts.
In case of big projects, we cooperate with a team of professionally trained conservators.
Both large and small projects receive the same attention to detail.
